1-on-1 Personal Training Sessions

Why “one on one” training?
Private sessions are a great way to start out. Especially if you want to set your own schedule as to when to meet. I provide the motivation, apply and adapt workout techniques based on your individual fitness level, medical history, needs and goals. All workout plans and techniques custom designed and tailored for each individual client.

1hr Single Session 1-on-1

I design these workout programs after an initial phone conversation where we go over detailed information about your goals, injuries, desires and everything that will help me to customize it for you. There are a lot of factors that go into structuring a workout plan such as when to workout, how to split up the body how long to rest between body part workouts based on age and lifestyle and much more.

Diet Programs

This plan begins with a phone call, we will go over your goals and what your trying to achieve. I will then cater to your eating preferences and lifestyle and will design a program that you can follow and reach your goal. We will be in contact via daily email and I will monitor your progress daily and weekly and make changes when needed so that we stay on track and keep moving in the right direction. I will use body weight and photos to measure progress.

Contest Prep

These plans include everything in the normal diet plans but with more detailed attention and contact. It also includes peak week (the last week before competition date) where we go into water intake, sodium, carb loading etc so that you will look your best at show time. Also what to do about posing, tanning etc etc. Everything related to contest prep.
